This role is critical to support the functions clear vision - “A global compliance and ethics function focused on empowering Dyson and its people to do the right thing while enabling robust and sustainable business growth” - we need you to help us achieve this vision.This role requires a bright, tenacious and pro-active individual to support Dyson's Global Legal Compliance and Ethics function vision and lead the provision of advice to the business in respect of Competition compliance risk. This is a role that provides an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in the broader compliance programme within a global technology company and make a real contribution as part of a dynamic, global and passionate team.Your responsibilities will include:Support the Director of Legal Compliance and Ethics with the continued design, implementation and delivery of group-wide legal regulatory and ethical compliance programmes across the EMEA, APAC, Americas, China and beyond.Responsible for setting and implementing all aspects of the Competition compliance strategy and programme.In collaboration with our Dyson Legal Market teams, act as a subject matter expert, providing prompt, professional advice to colleagues where necessary.Build strong relationships with all functions across the Dyson global business, both at Group and Market level.Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Competition legislation.
