- Collaborate closely with retail sales team to provide administrative and operational supports on key accounts with accountability-driven mindset
- Manage the full lifecycle of retail sales documents, including sales orders, inspections, deliveries, installations, and invoicing to ensure seamless daily operations
- Coordinate with the supply chain team and service partners to facilitate smooth delivery and installation processes for retail customers
- Assist with accounts receivable and cash collection activities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or other channels, and promptly follow up with appropriate solutions
- Partner with the Retail Sales Manager to support assigned projects and tasks, contributing to the delivery of innovative retail solutions.
- Higher Diploma holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operation Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience. Less experience are also welcome
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and a keen interest in providing quality customer service
- Strong administrative and operational skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in managing sales documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a sales operations team
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, not a must.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
