Project Management Assistant

• Support IT Projects: Assist in the management of IT projects across various business areas by helping coordinate internal resources, ensuring adherence to project requirements, and helping meet deadlines and schedules.
• Assist in Defining Project Scope: Support the definition and clarification of project scope and objectives, aligning them with business goals under the guidance of the IT Project Manager.
• Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare project status reports and assist in presenting these reports to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of key details and progress.
• Relationship Management: Support the effective management of relationships with all internal stakeholders.
• Meeting Coordination: Assist in leading and coordinating project meetings, ensuring effective communication across the project team.
• Documentation: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Support: Aid in engaging and motivating the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Experience in an IT or project management support role.
• Strong people management skills and a people-oriented approach.
• Advanced knowledge in Project Management principles and tools.
• Problem-solving mentality, with a focus on finding solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset.
• High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Fluency in English.

• Certifications in Project Management.
• Experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and other project management approaches.
• Familiarity or experience with the Shape Up methodology.
