Business Analyst (OutSystem)

• Analyzing reported cases, defining configuration specifications, and gathering business analyst requirements.
• Collaborating with various teams to optimize and enhance system performance.
• Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes, as well as conducting quality assurance.
• Proposing and designing solutions to meet business needs within specified timeframes and budgets, utilizing the OutSystems Rapid Application Development platform.
• Ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with overall architecture design.
• Taking charge of designing and developing integration points and interfaces with SAP or other platforms.

• Suggesting solutions to meet business requirements and identifying areas for streamlining.
• Designing, documenting, and developing programs based on functional specifications.
• Providing technical support during system integration and user acceptance testing, and implementing necessary code changes.
• Ensuring programs pass required vulnerability assessments and code quality inspections.
• Planning and executing the cutover for assigned modules.
• Delivering project documentation including design specifications, program specifications, and unit test plans.

• Troubleshooting problems reported before and after solution implementation.
• Guaranteeing optimal system design and configuration of application functionality.
• Upholding the quality of deliverables through quality assurance activities and addressing identified risks or areas for improvement.
• Managing risk by identifying, mitigating, and overseeing risks.
• Participating in the change request process, performing impact assessments, development, and testing.
• Timely preparation and reporting of progress status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst is required.
• OutSystems experience is essential, as the role heavily relies on this platform. Having prior experience will ensure the candidate's success and their ability to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. Having certification in OutSystems is an advantage.
• The candidate should demonstrate the capability to work independently and efficiently, effectively managing timelines and expectations while consistently delivering high-quality outputs, including programs and documentation.
