Minimum of 5 years of (IT Application) Business Analyst experience
Practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery
Good understanding of Cloud Technology and have attended the related fundamental Cloud Technology trainings
Experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management will be an added advantage
Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage
Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS is a plus
Strong analytic, conceptualization and problem solving skillsets will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills, both oral and written and able to pitch to engage stakeholder will be an added advantage
Relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage
