Company Overview:Join our dynamic team at RG Gold, a leading gold mining company with operations in the Raigorodok deposit located in the Akmola region. With internationally classified JORC gold reserves of 100 tonnes, Raigorodok stands as one of the largest single gold deposits in the country. As we expand our operations and explore new areas for development, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and contribute to our continued success.Position Overview:As a Project Manager in Construction, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities, to coordinate project activities and achieve project objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of our mining operations and contribute to the growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Track project expenses, prepare financial reports, and manage project budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Lead project meetings, including kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, preferably in mining or heavy civil projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
