Do you want a job with a purpose?And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?Join our Team!Clinical Presales Solutions SpecialistJoin us as a Clinical Presales Solutions Specialist at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Presales Team in Australia to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.What you’ll achieveAs a Clinical Presales Solutions Specialist, you will be part of our highly successful ANZ Presales Team utilising your skills delivering a better, integrated world-class Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution to digitally transform the delivery of Healthcare across the ANZ market.You will:
  • Partner with the sales teams to develop and execute an effective selling strategy for each opportunity, and to position Dedalus offering around competitive threats and alternatives.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes – involvement in strategic discussions to shape the life cycle of products (from bringing a new product to market to the end of life of products)
  • Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our solutions and products, effectively communicate the key core value propositions and key differentiators, and confirm the opportunity's technical viability.
  • Document the customer’s Goals, Objectives, Opportunities, Problems, and Obstacles, and link back to Dedalus portfolio’s unique business values.
  • Provide workflow analysis of the current state and how Dedalus solutions can improve the existing state.
  • Develop proposed solutions that address prospect-specific clinical, business, and technology issues.
  • Perform tailored onsite/remote product demonstrations and presentations to clinical end users, IT staff, business analysts and executives.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to develop written content for product-related sections of RFPs, prepare presentations, and perform workflow evaluations.
  • Gather ongoing prospect-customer feedback and related information and provide feedback to product management.
  • Answer technical questions about product applications and new features to prospects and to various groups within new and existing customer accounts.
  • Partner with sellers to identify opportunities by providing insights into possible leads from working with third-party vendors, trade shows, local conferences, and other industry events.
  • Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers and professionally guide the customer's decision-making process by providing an optimized solution to meet customer KPIs
  • Works with clinical governance and safety to ensure clinical standards are met.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Medicine, Health Science, Nursing)
  • At least 3 years Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in Hospital or Health software settings in ANZ private and/or Public Organisations.
  • Knowledge of Health Industry Skills in business analysis, and requirement definition
  • Understanding of Hospital Information Systems and processes/ workflow
Desirable Requirements
  • Highly developed experience and skills in presentation delivery and public communication
  • Experience or ability to engage multiple layers, including Sales Teams, Solution Teams, Technical Design teams, Internal Management/Snr leadership, and the customer.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own time effectively, with the tenacity and hunger to be the glue between Sales and Solutions Delivery.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to influence, engage and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong client focus - ability to build rapport with internal staff and external clients for optimal teamwork in support of the best cross-domain solutions.
  • Is recognized as a spokesperson who actively seeks opportunities for speaking engagements at conferences and partner events. May also have work published.
