Claims Team LeaderLocation GlasgowSalary up to £40k plus benefit packageAs a Claims Team Leader within our Casualty Claims division, you will lead a team of claims handlers who settle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. Working in a technical claims unit that thrives on getting great outcomes you will lead and inspire your team to be the best that they can be.Are You Someone Who:Has the ability to inspire your team to deliver market leading outcomes and have brilliant 2-way conversations? Can you provide guidance, coaching and support to your people, developing them to be the best they can be? Do you have the ability to read and understand data – using it to make decisions and drive change? You should be able to identify opportunities for change and challenge the way we do things today to shape our system for the future. We need you to be able to nurture and develop our talent for the future whilst working as part of a leadership team to achieve the best outcomes for our colleagues and customers.If you answer yes to this, we would love to meet you.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Sound technical knowledge with experience of working in either in Motor Damage or Motor Bodily Injury claims environment
  • Ability to have open & honest conversations
  • Takes responsibility, ownership & accountability and holds others to account

  • Salary up to £40k (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
