- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 2 years of relevant experience in high-quality restaurant/ bar
- Food Hygiene or relevant knowledge
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong leadership skills. Initiative, organized and service-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a to-do attitude and teamwork mindset and gifted for great service
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills - able to work under tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Team Player, Strong marketing mind, outgoing personality, creative, quality minded, flexible in all aspects
- Support Management to implement standard operating procedures to maintain and ensure both services and efficiency are up to the standard
- Assist the Operations Manager and be responsible for the profit and loss & overall operations management
- Formulate sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth, and improvement in productivity and customer services
- To carry out daily, weekly and monthly operation reports; and overseeing of the attendance documents
- Regular coaching of staff for guest services up to high-quality standard
- Lead the cost control, resources allocation, and people development
- Comply with the brand guideline for the brand image, including but not limited to the outlet display, festival and seasonal
- Support & co-ordinate the promotion programs, special event arrangements…etc.
- Develop the operations' SOP, policy & procedures to maintain the operations' standardDiploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Will receive once you've proven your self to be a permanent resident of the company
