- The post holder will report directly to the Logistics Manager to undertake client's risk assessments for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Adult Social Care (ASC) services.
- The post holder will also support the Concessionary Passes and Badges Team with mobility assessments as part of the application processes for Concessionary Travel such as the Blue Badge Scheme.
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent experience within social services / local authority / council
- Registered with the HCPC
- Enhanced DBS
