• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, servers and software applications
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing repairs or replacements as necessary
• Administer user accounts, permissions and access rights across various systems
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and expansions
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide IT training and support to staff members as needed
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Proven 2-3 years' experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technology or equivalent, NET Technologies / MYSQL / PowerShell script, Sound knowledge in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SENMAIL, POP. Familiarity with network protocols, security and data backup/recovery procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
