- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities and maximize business across existing and new channels, including weekly analysis of price indexes for each product category.
- Plan and allocate budget for Brand Sales based on identified opportunities.
- Manage promotional budget allocation across channels to optimize return on investment.
- Recommend pricing, promotion strategies, and mechanics for new product launches and brand activation campaigns.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, review business plans and year-to-date sales, and address business problems with key customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Static, Economic or any field
- At least 5 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Category Development
- Work Experiences in MLM or FMCG (Consumer Product, Food & Beverage) will be preferred.
- Well understand Channel Strategy in Modern Trade or Traditional Trade, General Trade.
- Good command in English both of spoken and written in English
- Able to use Excel Program in Advance Level (Pivot and other function)
- Strong leadership as well as interpersonal & communication skills
- Fast learner, Positive attitude, Passion, and Self-motivated.
