- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Manage push notification campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Implement omnichannel strategies to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Business, to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, omnichannel marketing, automation, and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Insider or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with Figma, HTML, CSS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
