- Design and align OB/MTP product plan with commercial business strategy & operation.
- Manage CFTs for product programs development, industrialization, launch and post launch surveillance. Act as a direct window from Biz to R&D.
- To enhance brand perception, competitiveness of AG products in quality / performance / biz value / line-up point of view.
- Ensure relationships and alignment with 'WEST' synergies AG prod planning team.
- Lead & Support actively all EMEA AG OE customers from a technical engineering point of view.
- Formulate future AG products value propositions through:
- Understanding market requirements (i.e. through survey/analysis).
- Regulation/Legislation scenario assessment.
- Mapping competition.
- Analyzing Technologies framework.
- Integrating AG OE technical and innovative requirements.
- Support EMEA AG OE business by extending the commercial relationship with a technical strong support window.
- Translate future product value proposition to technical targets for R&D.
- Evaluate product performance in the field to verify its value.
- Provide mutual support for sales & marketing activities to communicate product values.
- Establish & maintain product road map based on business strategy and market trend/environment by segment, in order to study & implement effective new product launching and discontinuation.
- Visit EMEA AG OE customers regularly in order to obtain up-to-date customer information and in order to communicate our technical possibilities.
- Organize joint cooperation activities with the AG OE customers.
- Link business strategy/direction with product & technology road map.
- Plan/Establish/Implement and Manage new product launching activities.
- Manage conflicts and mobilize through all related functions for competitive product line up in order to define and implement adequate product offering by segment.
- Coordinate the Gate X submission for category projects' approval within the New Product Development (NPD) Stage - Gate process.

- Professional experience in commercial B2B goods.
