Our brands stand for freedom and self-expression around the world.We are looking for a Data Coordinator to join our merchandising product team based in our European Headquarters in Brussels. Supporting the team bringing the latest trends to life for our customers and consumer. You will own the regional product systems such as PLM and Davinci. Working with our global product creation teams to set up and activate product in local European systems ensuring readiness prior to key milestones. Acting as conduit of system readiness. You will report to the Brand Operations Lead for EuropeABOUT THE JOB
  • You will own PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/ SAP weekly checks to ensure all of our systems are updated and set-up is up-to-date
  • You will partner with IT / Customer Service to ensure product activation completion through systematic checks
  • You will partner with sizing team to ensure accurate PO’s created by minimizing size discrepancies between systems
  • You will be responsible to create local PC9s, partnering with product development teams and planning for proper set-up
  • Communicate with SAP IT team Merchandising assortment and monitor sizegrid updates
ABOUT YOU
  • You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, and or Engineering.
  • You have 2-5 years in a corporate environment (apparel industry would be a plus)
  • You are trained in PLM and Product creation
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and the rest of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SAP or PowerBi are a plus
  • You enjoy juggling with data information, having experience handling large datasets
  • You are a good communicator and feel comfortable presenting and providing insights to senior leadership
  • You are fluent in English
  • You like having different projects simultaneously and have a focus on collaborative, diverse and international teamwork.
  • You are a problem solver and like to simplify complex processes through planning and organization
