Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, including tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding orders promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as logistics, warehouse, and sales to expedite order fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details for future reference and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the order management workflow to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on order management or logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, ... are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ERP software and other relevant tools for order processing and customer communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
