  • Drive quality improvement projects, to reduce claims, internal rejects & losses and proactively address quality risks.
  • Provide operational support related to issue resolution, product quality/risk assessment, and product disposition.
  • Participate in MDI meetings.
  • Investigate trends and variations, in product performance characteristics and key quality metrics.
  • Provide QA support in the review and approval of plant related validation protocols, reports, and change requests.
  • Manage nonconforming material, including financial impact, and stock management for quality blocked stock.
  • Act as a partner for R&D in product development, to ensure quality by design. Review and approve raw material and customer specifications.
  • Support the customer quality complaint handling process, to enhance quality improvement through corrective actions.
  • Track, trend and report regularly on Quality metrics.
  • Drive improvements to the QMS that ensures its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
  • Lead QMS activities as assigned (CAPA, audits)
  • Participate in the QMS (ISO 9001, IATF16949, ...), certification process and regulatory inspection.
  • Provide support in customer, supplier, third party and regulatory audits.
  • Provide GMP and quality training support to new and current employees.
  • Participate in the internal audit process.

  • Approve process changes as defined by QMS.
  • Approve or supervise those approving to Operations for production by mains of Yellow tag process or the release of product for shipment to customer. Reject deviating products.
  • Stop production and shipments to correct quality issues and to reduce their potential impact
Functie-eisen
  • ● Master degree in Engineering or scientific related field or equivalent by experience.
● Experience with international standards as there are ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / related core tools,
● Certified quality engineer and/or certified quality auditor desirable.
● Experience handling multiple responsibilities with minimal direction.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
● Able to effectively work with various functions and levels within the organization.
