The ability to verify the attendant staff is present.3. The ability to greet all guests who enter the Spa4. The ability to have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications5. The ability to organize and schedule all guest bookings.6. The ability to operate the Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions7. The ability to read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff.8. The ability to operate the computer, copier, fax and credit card machines.9. The ability to produce all Spa reports as required by management.10. The ability to process outgoing mail.11. The ability to process all charges.12. The ability to set up and handle gift certificates.13. The ability to use guests name appropriately in all situations.14. The ability to copy and distribute materials.15. The ability to upsell treatments to guests when booking.Preferred Qualifications and Skills1. Ideally a college diploma in hospitality2. Twelve months of relevant industry experience3. English and one additional language4. Knowledge of the local language of the hotel where you will complete your training is desirable5.
