Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector
Deep knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Portugal
Ability to manage a Team, including other Business Managers
Ability to identify and develop business opportunities
Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships with potential customers
People-oriented mentality
Experience recruiting in the IT sector
Fluent in English

Would be great if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
French speaking is a plus
