2. Experience in major Infrastructure Projects or Programmes, Preference will be given to Drainage Pipeline, Wasterwater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, TSE Pipelines, Surface Ground Water Systems, Underground Services and Civil Structures related experience.
3. Contracts Management experience, including resolution of contractural matters
4. Experience in Contract types including: FIDIC and Governemtn forms
5. Experience of working with Design-Bid-Build and Design and Build Contracts
6. Experience in contract formation and administration.1. University Degree from a recognized university in and appropriate field such as Quantity surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
