Justteachers teaching agency is working with a partner secondary school in Spalding who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor.Cover Supervisors work under the guidance of subject teaching staff to implement and oversee agreed work programmes with individual and small groups of students by supporting progress through intervention.The position is on a part time basis, to start as soon as possible with flexible hours.About the school:

Graded 'Good' by Ofsted
The school is modern with state-of-the-art facilities
The school services a large catchment area and caters for pupils with a variety of backgrounds

You will have:

Be minimum L2 qualified or have previous experience as a cover supervisor
Be able to supply at least 2 education/school-based references from the last two years (this includes college/ university placements).
Be willing to lead and cover none subject specialism lessons - Cover Supervisor training can be provided
Two references, one of which will be from working with young people
Excellent organisational skills
