Primary Job Duties
- Responsible for ensuring inventory levels are adequate for aircraft maintenance
- Continuous analysis of inventory stocking policies to maintain service level
- Review inventory management practices to locate opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and review summaries of inventory and related costs
- Provide support for escalating critical items with our suppliers
- Query reports from SkyTrack and other company databases
- Aide in the implementation of TOC concepts in regards to inventory management
- Be familiar with and ensure observance of maintenance contracts
- Assist with creating and analyzing maintenance budgets/forecasts and planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or working towards aforementioned degree
- Experience in financial analysis and inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory management practices, specifically TOC and Dynamic Buffer Management preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau knowledge / experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize effectively
- Good communication and must work well with others
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a computer and perform repetitive computer functions
