- Ensuring the mission, goals, strategies, and plans of the Company are clearly defined and adhered to
- To ensure accurate Budgeting, forecasting, and Revenue Management activities
- To set the annual budget and deliver the revenue and GOP targets of the property.
- Driving and identifying strategic initiatives in CRM, Hotel Marketing, and other core processes
- Driving the development of the brand, hotel offers, and the company value proposition.
- Managing the overall hotel portfolio and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
- Overseeing the approval of all CAPEX projects
- Supporting the Regional Office on strategic business development and related key corporate planning
- Driving strategic projects
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to secure target achievements
- Driving and directing the effective utilization and administration of human capital, financial information, and physical resources to meet business goals
- Process streamlining and optimization of all aspects of the hotel business
- To ensure that the operational and service skills of the employees of the hotel are being constantly improved
- Create an inclusive culture of learning application and high performance through talent acquisition, and developing, coaching, and holding your team accountable
- BCom/ Business Related Degree/ master’s degree in business related field will be an added Advantage
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Senior Management experience in Hospitality operations, with sales & marketing, people and culture, and financial planning responsibility.
- Ability to analyze and synopsize a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts. Proficient in the use of hotel property management system.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key team members, guests, top management, and client groups.
- Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce including both sales and operations.
- Good understanding of Gaming
