- The Recruitment Researcher is a pivotal role within our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on leveraging data analytics to improve recruitment strategies, maintaining and optimizing our SmartRecruiters (ATS), and supporting the overall recruitment process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SmartRecruiters and other data sources to generate insights and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- ATS Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of SmartRecruiters, ensuring data integrity and system optimization. Regularly review and update recruitment processes within SmartRecruiters to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training sessions for the TA/HR team and hiring managers on new features and best practices. Communicate updates and changes in recruitment processes and systems to all stakeholders.
- Support Recruitment Processes: Assist in refining recruitment strategies and processes through a data-driven approach. Support the talent acquisition team with reporting needs, process optimization, and implementation of best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and IT to ensure SmartRecruiters and other recruitment tools meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Innovation and Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies based on data insights. Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies in recruitment analytics and ATS functionalities.
- Experience in supporting recruitment reporting and processes.
- Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS technology businesses is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a keen interest in learning and development.
- Master’s degree is desired or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment sourcer is essential.
- Proven experience in a recruitment research or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and SmartRecruiters management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
- Experience in supporting recruitment reporting and processes.
- The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
