We have an excitingopportunity to offer as Automation Commercial Application Expert.Your challenges:You are acting as on-demand consultant to the Customer, and as on-demand technical partner to the Account Managers & Service Technicians (France focus).You ensure the support Sales & after Sales process using appropriate communication methods & CRM data entries.You support the customer's perspective in application -related tasks for new product development -from early conception the development of specific customer requirements, internal tests and testing at the customer's site and obtaining customer feedback after a product launch - on a national and international level.You are working in close collaboration with your sales automation partners/Team in Southwest Europe & European team for the development of customer-specific solutions according to the application roadmapYou participate actively in the training of local Sales Teams for gaining technical expertise in qualifying Customer demandYou respond to the Sales Team requests, managing demonstration of instruments at customer's premises and/or at company's local showrooms/Headquarter.You support the implementation of Area-specific Commercial & Marketing tactical plans, including seminars & tradeshowsYou participate actively to the technical review of all quotations & cases related to Automation business in the AreaYou are acting as a core-team member of SW Automation Team, & you are working in a cross-collaboration with our European Team and Automation Business Unit in Hamburg.You are strengthening Eppendorf brand recognition and reputation with our customersYour Expertise:Analysis of current and future life science workflows for Manual & Automated liquid handling product groupsDevelopment of concepts for new products as well as planning, execution, and evaluation of application testsConducting and evaluating competitive analyses and establishing on-demand user contacts to follow market trendsConception, implementation and evaluation of international customer tests and surveysActively contribute to commercial initiatives, (CRM) reporting, activities and meetings related to Automation funnel & performance management.Work closely with the local sales teams and Zone Directors by bringing a full technical and applicative support related to a good understanding of Customer workflowsParticipate at local trade shows and Automation linked conferences and support of marketing and automation promotion activitiesTravel activity up to 50%Your Profile:Bachelor or Master of Science, alternatively Engineering DegreeMinimum 5 years of professional experience in application, sales or marketing of laboratory productsProven experience with life science industry customers as well as experience in product managementExperience in Automation solution and if possible, in ITAnalytical thinking and persuasive power as well as high customer orientation and communication skillsFluent written and spoken French & EnglishYour benefits at Eppendorf:By working for Eppendorf you will make a meaningful contribution to improving human living conditions.To enable you to deepen your knowledge and to continuous development we offer a wide range of training and development options.We really appreciate our employees and their performance.
