- Bachelor Degree or above
- 10 years of relevant experience in HR management, in which at leave 3-4 years managerial grade focus in strategic planning in sales-oriented, service or retail industry
- Proficient in both written spoken in Chinese and English
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Proactive personality
- Identify needs from internal stakeholders in manpower allocation
- Provide effective HR advisory and support to talent acquisition, rewards, employee relations and engagement
- Analyze current market trends and ensure the organization competitiveness to attract and retain talent
- Review and improve existing policies and procedures to maintain the standard at optimal level
- Provide effective HR solutions to internal staff
- Prepare HR analytics and periodic reports for management review
- Provide guidance and support to team members for their growth and development.
- Responsible for HR projects
