- Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is delivered on time and to agreed budget according to the needs of all BU’s
- Portfolio management oversight prioritization to ensure successful portfolio execution.
- Assist the project managers in schedule, resource and budget planning and follow up.
- Develop and implement required process and structure in close dialogue with stakeholder across the business.
- Responsible for leading the project management team, strengthening project execution capabilities.
- Responsible for ensuring the flow of communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting of portfolio progress to relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for projects execution form projects start until for implementation of the molds and components in production.
- Be responsible for the CAPEX budget and planning on Mold projects /OPEX.
- CCR owner for all molding projects, capacity increase as well as changes in relation to mold components.
- CAPA and NC responsible, ensuring that all NC and CAPA are closed within their respectively timeline.
- Long term (2-5year) planning for capacity needs and replacement of molds.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in medical device development or pharma.
- Proven experience in forming effective working relationships and great stakeholder management with colleagues and external stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Good understanding of business processes and practices.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 and QSR 21 CFR 820 (pt. 30).
- Acquainted with project/portfolio management platforms.
- BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

- This may be based in Deeside or Osted with a hybrid working structure.
- The position will involve travel up to 25% of the time, mostly within Europe but overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
