Job Description & SummaryWe are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Project Manager to join our team!In this role, you will lead various transfer pricing projects (preparation of transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing planning, preparation of advance pricing agreements with tax authorities, dispute resolution with tax authorities, etc.).As our new Project Manager, you will:Lead projects and deliver solutions to our clients, including the largest Lithuanian and international companies. This involves understanding their transfer pricing challenges and providing value through written reports, financial and comparability analysis, or verbal adviceContribute to the development of client relationships with both existing and new clientsParticipate in marketing activities such as initiating proposals and presenting at seminarsAct as one of the team leaders, which involves building a successful team through active and regular coaching and on-the-job development, and leading by exampleGrow the Transfer Pricing Business through active business development effortsWhat you need to be successful:A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Management or related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing or in Tax/Finance consultationAdvanced proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languagesGood expertise in finance and accountingPrevious experience in financial project leadershipStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsOur offer:The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 5500 EUR.
