As a Business Process Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our HR Transformation Global Process Owner to design and implement efficient, scalable processes that align with our global HR strategy.Your role will be instrumental in shaping HR operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) framework. You will participate in key process workshops to define innovative solutions and ensure they meet our strategic goals. Your primary focus will be on driving process alignment, simplifying workflows, and standardizing procedures. You can be part of that success story.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Process Analysis and Improvement: Review and analyze current end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (HTR) processes, identifying areas for improvement, simplification, and standardization. Collaborate to develop a centralized Global Business Services (GBS) model.Design and Implementation: Support the design, implementation, and documentation of HTR process changes, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service catalogs. Ensure these align with business requirements.Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain the HTR process control and governance framework. Create standardized governance templates and ensure compliance with best practices.Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT, business units, and GBS teams to design system and process solutions. Explore opportunities for automation and ensure processes are optimized.Change Management: Facilitate process workshops and support the transition to a centralized GBS model. Communicate changes and ensure smooth implementation across all jurisdictions.Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate risks and issues as needed and report on process status.Continuous Improvement: Apply process improvement methods to optimize HR processes. Ensure compliance with process change management standards and quality documentation.Collaboration and Other Duties: Build strong relationships with business, HR, and IT teams to ensure process consistency and alignment. Support the Global Process Owner and carry out other related duties as required.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR operations and employee life cycle processes.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify key relationships.Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems like Workday or other.International experience: Experience of process improvement in a big multinational organization.Process Design and Mapping: Familiarity with process mapping, RACI charts, and establishing KPIs. Knowledge of process control and governance frameworks.Meeting Facilitation: Ability to set priorities, lead meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Personal Attributes: Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
