As a member of my team, you will be ensuring reliability our on-premises ServiceNow instance that will support our Service Assurance and Service & Support processes locally and globally at Telia.Ready to make better happen?This role includes, but is not limited to:Build, operate and always improve our continuous integration pipeline;Ensure availability of our production and non-production environments;Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of ServiceNow instance(s);Measure and optimize system performance and health, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting a head of the customers and stakeholders need, and innovating to continually improve;Create sustainable system and service through automation;Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives.It is a job that calls for someone who can work independent and, in a team setting. You will be building and maintaining pipelines that will push our time to market while at the same time ensuring that all tick boxes have been checked automatically.
