- Programmatic responsibilities will support community building in the residential areas and assist in the development and implementation of programs that enhance for the first and second year experience as outlined in the university’s 2030 plan.
- Student support responsibilities include mentoring, training, and/or supervising student staff and student leaders, as well as helping students solve problems and respond appropriately to challenges and/or crises.
- Finally, Residence Life Coordinators will have responsibilities relating to incident response and crisis management.
- 22 days of paid time off, increasing with service; 13+ paid holidays each year, in addition to paid time off

- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience required, a Master’s degree or equivalent in Counseling, Higher Education, Student Affairs Administration, or other related field is preferred. Relevant student experience may be considered.
