Job Description:Why join us in 2024?Would you like to help keep Denmark running?We are looking for a tech-savvy - service-minded - strong communicator to join our 2nd level application support team for the eID (electronic identification) solution: MitID.MitID is critical infrastructure in Denmark developed in collaboration between the Danish state and financial institutions to have a single solution working across public and private sector. MitID has more than 5.2 million users in the 5.95 million Danish population.Besides being able to grasp complex IT infrastructure you must have a good understanding of what good customer service is and how to ensure a great customer journey.Key responsibilities and tasks
- To provide technical and developmental support while maintaining a high level of service for incidents via our ITSM tool.
- Upholding end-to-end ownership for incidents and associated problems following appropriate problem management process.
- Ensuring compliance with the obligations of our team in house and in accordance with the contracts we are delivering upon.
- Securing resolution for incidents in scope within our SLA and OLA targets.
- Developing working practices by identifying inefficiencies and taking initiative toWhat makes you the best person for this job?Must have qualifications
- Advanced communication skills in Danish and English is a requirement.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Development experience in Java, .Net, C#.
- Hands-on with Oracle DB, SQLs, and OS such as Windows, Linux, etc.
- Technical knowledge of web debugging tools such as Chrome Dev tools.
- Have worked as either 2nd or 3rd level web or mobile application support.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.What makes you the best person for this job?
