- Support in removing cost from the supply chain through right sizing, rationalisation and addressing tail spend
- Promote/communicate the Group Procurement vision across categories - Tech, HR, Facilities, Brand & Marketing
- Maintain and develop open and constructive supplier relationships
- Communicate contractual changes to stakeholders while maintaining, updating, and improving those records
- Work with legal team to ensure suppliers T's and C's achieve the best outcome for AO
- Address and report any contract-related issues that come up
- Work Onboarding/Offboarding/Renewal processes
- Two or more years in procurement type role
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle processes including legal and commercial contractual terms
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Confidence to ask "Why?" as well as "How?"
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Analytical and process oriented
