The Partnerships team is dedicated to developing revenue-generating relationships that will drive SafetyCulture's continued growth across the AMER region. This presents an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of the team and contribute to the growth of our partnership program.This role is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM (Americas) and working closely with the Director of Partnerships. The role is focussed on working with the SafetyCulture go-to-market (GTM) team to transform our partners into SafetyCulture's most enthusiastic advocates.How you will spend your time:
  • Manage the process of finding and assessing partners who fit the company's partnership and GTM strategies
  • Articulate how SafetyCulture's solutions add value to partners and their customers
  • Manage end-to-end enablement journey, covering sales, product, commercial, implementation, and process enablement
  • Own and manage the partner portal, ensuring assets are updated in collaboration with marketing/enablement
  • Conduct in-person and online demonstrations of SafetyCulture's solution to partners and their customers
  • Support partner activation through account mapping, co-sell activities, and manage the lead/deal registration process
  • Manage lead/deal registration processes, ensuring adherence to predefined rules of engagement
  • Assist partners through promotional code process for 'self-serve' opportunities
  • Work with sales leadership to allocate qualified opportunities, orchestrating co-sell activities between the partner and GTM team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials for partners and promote partnerships through events and webinars
  • Collaborate with GTM to identify opportunities for partners to help with existing customers
  • Handle all aspects of partner management, including setting up accounts for partners, conducting group training sessions, and tracking partners' sales and progress to meet goals
  • Make sure that referred customers get the support they need and provide additional help to create advocacy
About you:
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, showcasing a commitment to cultivating enduring relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter with creativity and confidence in presenting ideas in undefined environments
  • Be self-motivated with a proactive mindset, showcasing tenacity to surpass goals
  • Exhibit active listening skills, addressing partner pain points with decisive action

  • Possess robust project management skills to coordinate and execute joint initiatives with partners
  • Demonstrate a keen ability to analyze complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective problem-solving strategies to drive successful outcomes
