Business Assurance Executive

• Download and normalize data for each airline's report every day.
• Validate each transactions identified as local missing / unidentified .
• Investigate each local missing / unidentified transaction’s root cause and provide conclusions for each case.
• Provide findings summary, communicate and escalate it to stakeholders.
• Escalate to stakeholders if there are system and data issue.
• Monitor completion status reports periodically.
• Responsible for the entire audit process.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel formula and Google Docs feature.
• Meticulous and good attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under specific, defined, and narrow time constraints.
• Excellent communications skills, proficiency in English.
• Have GDS knowledge and able to operate it (preferable).
• Have Flight Tool, CXP tool and Salesforce knowledge (preferable).
• Familiar with airlines regulation (Reschedule, Reroute, Name correction, Baggage, etc) (preferable).
