· Be able to multitask
· Be confident in your customer service abilities
· Be organised, and have high levels of attention to detail
· Have solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Hold excellent skills in dealing with and attending to customers including a high standard in written and verbal communication
· Be comfortable being in an environment where priorities can change quickly, you will need to adapt to support the needs of the business as necessary
· Be able to take responsibility for all tasks undertaken and see them through to completionThe responsibilities:
· Answering the telephone
· Resolving issues that come through to the support team from clients
· Answer queries by email and by telephone and escalate all issues that can't be resolved immediately
· Other administrative tasks to help with the overall performance and smooth running of the business.
· Monitoring of various in-house databases.The benefits:
