HVAC Commercial Service Technician (LEVEL 1) - Dallas, TX (On-Site)

- Be able to identify issues while performing Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain HVAC Equipment including but not limited to:
- Small Split Systems
- Small Package units
- Mini Splits
- Exhaust Fans
- VAVs
- Fan powered boxes.
- Can troubleshoot up to 50-ton RTU.
- Perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provide recommendations as appropriate.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to:
- Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided.
- Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.
- Submit timesheets weekly & expense reports monthly.
- Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Maintain service vehicles in good, safe operating condition, attend to normal servicing and reporting to Manager when major repairs or reconditioning are deemed.
- Maintain an accurate record of time spent on customer jobs, as well as any non-billable.
- Completes other duties as assigned or required.
- 1 year Commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform various general type maintenance tasks.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence utilizing basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate via email and internet use.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- EPA Universal
- Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing
