Job Description and QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Years of Experience:2 years of relevant experienceLanguage Required:Advanced English levelPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrates knowledge and experience recruiting internal function profiles including but not limited to the following activities:Recruiting for diverse functional profilest, levels and skills.Conducting full life cycle recruitment of assigned profiles.Managing hiring manager expectations and communications.Reviewing job descriptions and Workday postings.Scheduling interviews for assigned recruiting team.Presenting job offer recommendations and closure of candidates.Analyzing and reporting data.Ensuring candidates are consistently and objectively evaluated according to established firm standards and processes.Focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Maintaining real time candidate tracking and systems data integrity in Workday.Sourcing talent through recruitment sources according to the recruitment strategy in each Segment/Sector (job boards, social networks, etc.).Selecting talent by evaluating potential candidates and identifying their skills, knowledge, experience and characteristics aligned to the business needs.Identifying, screening, interviewing and presentation of candidate slates to the business.Maintaining close communication with candidates during the complete recruitment process and giving an update of the process.Scheduling of interviews, experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, reporting experience including being able to pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports, build dashboard, maintain spreadsheets and other tools.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Up to 20%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
