$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

Responsible for full set of accounting functions and activities which include preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, subsidiary ledger reports
Perform AP/AR function such as processing of payments and invoices
Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
Assist in overseeing accounts assistants, when required
Maintain proper inventory control
Other ad-hoc projects and activities assigned

Requirements

Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
