- Drive timely and successful completion of project deliverables, including tracking milestones and/or project financials.
- Effectively manage and create positive relationships with stakeholders and business owners for projects, including holding senior leaders accountable for scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Responsible for accurate and timely project documentation, including presenting project progress reports to all levels of the organization. Focus heavily on cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on key decisions and statuses.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical/other constraints.
- Create original work product as necessary to support deliverables; e.g., writing policies and procedures, creating work flow documents, researching regulatory matters.
- Assist in defining process improvement efforts, as needed.
- Develop and project manage multiple work streams.
- Ability to align all work efforts with organization's overall mission and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships across functional areas and operational groups
- Independently leads executive projects
- Presents to ELT and in organization-wide forums
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and data privacy and security standards

- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs and continuously meet deadlines · Customer service oriented (both internal and external)
- Professional mannerisms, appearance, and executive presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Driver's license and appropriate insurance
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Project certification/PMP is highly desirable
- Must have at least 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Must have at least 3+ years of finance experience
- Has functional finance expertise in FP&A and accounting
- Experience managing the implementation of new financial processes, policies, and procedures
- Experience providing guidance and thought leadership on financial matters to other members of the organization
