COMPANYThis international business has been operating for over 15 years and imports a number of goods within the FMCG market.Known for their work hard play hard culture and heavy team-oriented mentality, they boast a fantastic company culture with very little staff turnover.POSITIONAs a HR Advisor you will assist the Operations Manager with implementing HR projects & initiatives such as OHS, Work Choices, Performance and remuneration reviews.You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

Implement Training & Development programs
Provide assistance with recruiting staff nationally across a variety of positions
Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
Case management of ER and performance management issues
Employee engagement projects
Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
Perform all required General Administration duties

Salary Package with $90K - $100K + Super depending upon experience
Descretionary Company Bonuses of $5K - $10K per year

EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTo be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

Strong previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor level
This MUST be within a 'blue collar' workforce; Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, Trade, Transport, Warehousing, Industrial etc
Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
A continuous-improvement mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
