The successful IT Support Field Technician must be available between 8am-4pm and/or 9am-5pm whilst being able to manage their diary during or around these hours.This company is at the forefront of care for those with complex support needs, their dynamic approach helps them to respond to the changing needs of those supported. Many people require life time care, not only do they want to provide this, they want to achieve the greatest level of support with the goal of changing the lives of many less fortunate.In this role the IT Support Field Technician will be splitting your time between site visits and office work, you will spend 2/3 days in the week at the site/service being their go too hands-on IT support. You’ll be working with networks, laptops, printers and all other assistive technology that helps in the care of those supported.The ideal IT Support Field Technician will come in with considerable experience in IT and hands-on technical support. Experience in the care sector isn’t required but being able to pass an enhanced DBS check is. You’ll also have your own transport with the company covering the fuel expenses.This role
