- Working Hours: 8.45am to 6pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
- Location: Suntec Tower
- Assist internal stakeholders & external customers with any enquiries
- Manage visitor log system, issue badges & notify host for the arrival of visitors
- Guide visitors and employees to meeting rooms
- Track access card allocation
- Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain updated documents and training materials
- Report maintenance issues and assist in order supplies
- Log vendor visits and manage mail and packages
- Arranging for outgoing courier
- Assisting in any event coordination (Set up & Tear down)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Prior experience in Hospitality / Concierge / Receptionist would be an advantage
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player & customer-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills & positive attitude
