- You will be responsible for generating and converting sales leads to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Set and meet agreed targets for specific Homes for leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales.
- Working with the Care Homes to maintain up-to-date records of all enquiries and track prospective customers from initial enquiry to final decision and support them through this process, building trust and positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Monitor progress for specific Homes by producing a weekly enquiries tracker and a monthly report.
- Handle and respond to sales enquiries at specific Homes promptly and professionally to maximise conversion rates.
- Manage post-sales support and customer service to ensure an excellent experience for all enquirers.
- Conduct family visits at specific Homes in a professional manner to enhance the experience of visitors, present a positive impression, and to maximise conversion rates.
- Support the Home Manager and staff in the selling process, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and well trained.
- Extensive consultative sales experience.
- Substantial experience of customer relationship building.
- Experience of effective partnership working.
- Full knowledge and understanding of the referral and assessment process.
- Ability to present, both formally and informally, within a professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to drive and access to own car.
