- Develop and implement a HoReCa Channel Marketing Plan in line with the Brand Strategy to enhance sales to achieve Company
- Develop and manage all the classification of all HoReCa outlets (existing, nearly opened, newly opened etc.)
- Set the KPIs per region/per location accordingly, monitor on weekly basis and identify actions and next steps
- Assure the Brand visibility in the HoReCa channel, the coherence in terms of promo and product plan and the synergy across the entire
- Maintain accurate records and to submit reports as requested to ensure effective communication with management team
- Monitor the competition and collect information regarding channel's news and opportunities
- Develop and implement sponsorship yearly plan: oversee and coordinate events of different type, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging activations in line with the marketing goals and strategy of each brand
- Organize data collection and lead generation activities to capture consumer insights and follow up on prospects
- Ensure that Sponsorship projects are successfully executed, adhering to established budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless sponsorship plan execution
- Evaluate Sponsorship activation success and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of activation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for
- Monitor the competition and collect information regarding HoReCa and Sponsorship news and opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar; Master degree is a plus
- Analytical problem solver
- Experience in sales (B2BB2C), ability to analyze the profile market
- Proven track record in delivering brand initiatives into the market
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Budget monitoring and management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & setting priorities
- Brand Activation expertise offline and online
- A genuine team player, supporting team's decisions and ground rules
- MS Office : Excel and Power Point
- CRM Salesforce and Power BI are nice to have
