- Execute sales plan in line with Company's sales objectives and policy.
- Formulate business development strategy, in synergy with Group Management.
- Develop business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and maintain existing customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting and networking.
- ·Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function. Analyze the market continues potential, track sales and status reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Drive deals from technical definition trough budgeting and proposal to order.
- Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
- Act as an interface between customers and operations (local and international network of laboratories).
- Prepare sales reporting, record customer interactions and opportunities into the CRM.
- University Degree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, gained into the electro medical sector
- B2B sales consultant approach
- Good English Knolwedge
- Willingness to travel throughout Italy
- Previous experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification Sector is a plus
