- Contacting via email associations of local municipalities in 27 MS in order to invite them to the national meetings. Doing follow-up of invitations via emails, phone calls
- Responding to questions of local municipalities/local councillors interested in joining network
- Reaching out (via email) to local municipalities in order to encourage them to become partners
- Personalising from a template and sending out signed admission letters for local municipalities
- Preparing, personalising and sending out by email diplomas (template) for local councillors, appointed as members of BELC network
- Managing contacts with partner municipalities and local councillors after they have joined the network by email
- Participating in meetings (if needed)
- Be a local contact point for all municipalities for the needs of the project
- Compile a database of Frequently Asked Questions to be used as a source of reference in the future
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management)
- Experience in project coordination
- Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello or other similar platforms
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Latvian or, German or, French or Danish
- Good organizational and communicational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
