Role Description In this entry-level position, you will be part of our Czech Canon tech-support team. You will use your knowledge of digital cameras, printers, and photocopiers to assist customers with technical issues and inquiries. This includes troubleshooting problems, guiding users through steps to resolve issues, and providing customers with relevant information about our products and services. Even though this is a remote job, you will be an integral part of our team, working from your home in Athens or surrounding areas and islands.
