- To be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of key account customers
- Work alongside the Key Account Managers to develop, manage and maintain these relationships
- Responsible for quote generation and order processing for your portfolio of accounts which will also include first line complaint and dispute handling.
- Provide customers will exceptional, best in class customer service
- Proven track record in a Customer Service environment
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
