The ideal candidate should: prepare the floor guestrooms checklist every morning manage day-to-day floor operations train and retrain of all floor maids and housemen (daily, weekly, monthly) ensure that floor maids / housemen have the necessary guests cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to carry out job duties be responsible for staff’s appearance, safety and work accidents procedure inspect guestrooms be responsible for the good condition and cleanliness of various guest equipment be able to work under pressure and flexible in working shifts Requirements Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing Previous hotel experience in similar position Computer literate
